July 9th

Rosé Wine & Provençal Plates Drop-In
‘Drop-in’ on the 9th of July from 6pm, and join us in celebrating one of summer’s favourite drops: rosé. Alongside, we’ll be serving Provençal inspired plates including Crudites with aioli and tapenade; Butterflied leg of lamb with green sauce (cooked outside on the Green Egg); Ratatouille; and Rosemary potatoes. For pudding, try the Tarte Tropézienne. Also known as ‘La Tarte de Saint-Tropez’, this is a cream-filled brioche famously named by Brigitte Bardot. Très chic.
The Drop-In will feature a carefully selected list of rosé wines, from France and beyond. On the menu, there will be an elegant Bandol Rosé Domaine Tempier, once declared, ‘The greatest rose in the world’ by wine critic Robert Parker, and a light, pale Cote du Rhone from Trilogie. There will also be an organic, Provençal-style Tuscan Rosato Tenuta Monteti, Birgit Braunstein’s lively Austrian rosé with hints of red berries, and an English Sparkling – the Gusbourne Rose. Wines will be available by the glass or bottle.
